My boyfriend made limited edition shirts to celebrate this first issue of his online magazine. They are probably the most detailed silkscreen I've ever seen. These turned out amazing!

I have a hopeless addiction to vinyl toys that i've been collecting for awhile. This is what my little army looks like as of now. They are pretty fun, esp. the blind boxes cause you never know what your going to get! i like how they look in a big group, but they are a pain in the neck to dust.

While cleaning out some art supplies I have discovered I have a horrible marker hoarding problem. I got rid of a lot of them today, but at least there organized right?

My new set up. I'm loving the huge screen. Pretty exciting! My savings nest egg is at three dollars now. I also bought a new tablet that will hopefully arrive today.

First off, for those of you that remember, this is how my fabric design turned out when it was printed and sent to me on canvas. I'm so excited. Turned out way better then I had even imagined. I'm definitely stoked to start sewing this stuff!

These are just some little zipper bags, for loose change, makeup, or whatever that i made over reading week to sell for our grad show this year! (with some serious help from my mom) They turned out pretty cute!

These aren't the best quality for some reason when i was converting them from pdf format i lost alot of the quality. i feel like i'm always making excuses for these things.

These are just two book cover's for two really depressing short stories. They were quick and simple and i enjoyed this opening project to get back into the swing of things.

So this is something i was working on for my thesis. It's hard to photograph or scan because it's got a layer of glass on top. I will try and get a better photograph or image because it's difficult to see and the colours and lighting is way off, just wanted to show some stuff in process.

For fun I've been working on these big arms and hands made out of cardboard. I can whip them up pretty quickly and they are fun to just doodle and let loose within them. I did another one for Finn's new apartment wall that I'm also quite fond of.

My Final Third year Painting

This was the final painting I did during third year. I was mostly trying to use, sort of jarring, and disgusting colours in a interesting way. I like how I dealt with the hair, in particular. I based these faces off photo's of myself however, I am aware they don't look like me, I wasn't after my particular likeness, rather, was focusing more on colour and experimentation.

This was a poster and mailer assignment for a none profit organization www.evergreen.ca. The slogan I based my Illustration off of was "Healthy environment Healthy mind." I posted some of my process work from this assignment so you can see how the image sort of, came about.

I've been experimenting with under-painting a lot. So far I like the look of it, but I still think it's not really something I'm comfortable with. Here's somethings I'm working on in the meantime.

Also, this little radio I got from value village along with a bunch of tapes. I asked if it still worked and they told me it did. Turns out it doesn't. So I painted on it. I haven't figured out what I want to put in the speech bubble yet.

Finn and I got up to making stickers and putting them around Oakville. Maybe you've seen some? They are pretty fun just to doodle up some small things, here's some I made.

I was experimenting with some really bright Gouche and ended up making something for Finn, what I didn't know was that he was painting something for me, with the exact some background colour. Yeah, we're cute like that. (The Gouche ended up getting really clumpy, you can't tell to bad here, I still haven't figured out the proper water to Gouche ratio.)

This particular article I illustrated was about an older man being conned out of money and sending it across the world, thinking he was going to get his investment back.

Second year at Sheridan they stress experimentation with media and getting out of your "comfort zone" with mediums your familiar with. The first illustration of the ball of yarn, was a interpretation of the song Heart of Glass by Blondie, done for my Interpretive class with Clemente.The second imagine is my take on Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's.
